Because of the high value of the items that we ship, a signature is always required at reception of your order, regardless the country or the items.

Usually the carrier will contact you on delivery day prior to make an attempt, to make sure someone is at home and to avoid loading the delivery truck for nothing (especially for single bodies or full doll orders). Assuming that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will reschedule delivery at a later date, and attempt to contact you to figure out the most convenient day/time to do so, according to your availability.

If you are not often at home, and/or trust that your package can safely be left under your porch or elsewhere without risk of it being stolen, at reception of your tracking code you can sign for it online prior to delivery. Please note that if you do so, the carrier will not be responsible in case your package gets stolen.

On the checkout page (accessible from your shopping cart page once populated with items), you can choose the options to have your order held for pickup at arrival. This means that the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL) will not attempt a delivery at your shipping address, and will hold it for pickup next to your location, at one of their 3rd party storage partner.

Please note that these 3rd party facilities have strict storage policies when it comes to this option, especially on voluminous packages such as dolls. You will only have 5 business days to go pick your order up. Passed this timing they will attempt to return the package back to the shipper.

If it is absolutely critical for your package to be held at arrival and not delivered to your shipping location, we strongly recommend that you also contact the carrier at reception of your tracking code to insure that this request is being taken into account. Although we always pass that request along whenever a customer select this option, depending on certain places, the carrier might not have the logistical capacity to honor it.

We would like to remind our buyers that all packages are shipped in plain brown boxes with no mention of what is inside the box. The delivery guy does not know, and your privacy is preserved at all time. Additionally we use “24/7 Billing Company” as our label name on all of our payment gateways. “Fine Love Dolls” will not appear anywhere on your bank statements.

A signature is always required on delivery day, for sex dolls or accessory(ies) orders. The carrier cannot leave your package at the door, behind your house, or any other places without your acknowledgement, and unless you specify otherwise by contacting them prior to delivery at reception of your tracking code, or by signing for your package online before it arrives.

Fraud prevention rules allow us to only authorize shipping & deliveries to a verified billing address. The only exception is if you want your doll delivery to a FedEx/DHL/UPS Office for discretion. You can select the option “Hold for pickup at delivery” on the checkout page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that 3rd party storage facilities have quite strict storage policies when it comes to this option, especially on voluminous packages such as dolls.

If you select this option, carriers will only store your package for 5 business days. After this delay the carrier will attempt to ship the package back to us…so do not let her there!

We ship your doll via DHL, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.

We deliver your doll directly to your doorstep or at nearby drop-off location, if you specify so. All orders have discreet packaging (plain brown box), with no mention or indication of what is inside whatsoever.

The carrier does not know what is inside your package, and you can easily pretend that it is a piece furniture if you have curious neighbours!

[NEW] Customers purchasing a silicone or TPE sex doll or body from USA can now choose to have their package shipped by sea freight instead of air freight, and save up to $200 on their order total.

Due to import laws, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Customers from South American countries (except Chile) should contact us before placing an order. It most cases it is necessary for the customers from South America to custom clear their package at reception.

We provide free shipping worldwide and ship our dolls duty paid to USA and Europe. Please make sure that sex dolls are allowed in your country of reception before placing your order (See authorized countries tab above & map below for more information).

For Australia, Canada & Norway, shipping fees are also included. You might be ask to pay additional duty taxes (±10-15%). Please see below duties & taxes tab for more information.

Please note that additional logistic fees may apply to geographically remote and logistically difficult to access areas. Before proceeding with your purchase, if you already experimented difficulties to receive goods to your address from main carriers, please contact us for a confirmation before placing your order.

Our dolls weight between 20KG to 60KG (44-132 lbs). Logistic costs can quickly escalate for places requiring several transfers at different location spots (For example Reunion island).

We ship our dolls duty paid. The prices that we list on our store are the prices you pay.

Some countries may ask additional custom duties to be paid that are calculated based on the declared custom values of the goods. To bring these to the minimum (around $100), the declared value of packages is always the lowest possible.

If you are being asked for a proof of payment by the carrier prior to the delivery of your package, please contact us before replying to them so that we can provide you with an optimized invoice.

As of 2025/10/31, despite tariffs on China already being effective, orders to USA are all being shipped duty paid at no additional cost. Prices on sex dolls are not expected to rise either in the future.

Our silicone or TPE sex dolls are shipped safely packaged and minor damages during transportation are very rare. Given the weight of packages, these cannot be thrown around carelessly during hauling and shipping.

Packages boxes are made of 1″ thick reinforced cardboard. Each ends also in most cases have a plywood plank for extra protection.

The polystyrene foam inside of the box is ergonomically sculpted to fit and protect your doll and prevent any moving around during transportation. The foam has a synthetic feather sheet covering.

With most manufacturers, your love doll will also additionally be wrapped into a plastic protective sheet (with extra protective foam around around hands and feet). She is then wrapped into a thick soft blanket. These always stay neat and won’t leave fold marks on her skin and are great to keep for later use.

Extra polystyrene foam blocks are also used on top to act as a protective lid.

If you are to place your order using Paypal, we have not installed Paypal gateway onto our website, in order to avoid them collecting your order details and data, and will send your invoice separately at reception of your order. This allows full control over what sensitive details are not shared with Paypal, in an effort to protect your privacy the best we can.

If you receive the wrong configuration (wig/eye for example) or if your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us immediately upon reception of your order.

A lot of vendors who are not based in China, like to play with customers fears a lot, especially on damaged products and return. Just like UK based vendors like to pretend UK customs seize dolls a lot, US based vendors like to pretend that a lot of dolls arrive damaged. This is to justify their “utility” in the supply chain.

Let us clarify once and for all dolls have less than 0.01% chance to arrive broken. All dolls are wrapped into a plastic sheet, packed into sculpted thick protective foam, placed into a 1″ thick plywood reinforced cardboard with reinforced cardboard edges. The cardboard had thick synthetic feather walls and every items is placed a way that it will not move inside the box.

Additionally, a doll box is very heavy (around 100lbs on average). Carriers aren’t throwing your doll around during transportation, which is something that could potentially happen more often on orders of smaller items ordered from abroad in general.

BUT WHAT IF?

If your doll was to arrive with major damage(s), or wrong options that could not be changed (such as the skin tone, the feet or vagina type). Our politic is to send you a brand new doll, simple as that.

If your doll was to suffer from minor damages (very unlikely), these in 99% of cases can be fixed in no-time invisibly, and count on us to send you the right equipment and items to fix it right away!

If your package arrived damaged, please take pictures before opening it. If you notice any mistake with your order, please contact us right away! Keep in mind that this is manufacturers worst fear. It would be very costly to handle and we do everything we can to provide the most optimal level of protection during transportation of your doll(s) or head(s).

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

Thermoplastic Elastomer, unlike silicone is a porous material. This means that it can only be sterilized with specific equipments and products, which most vendors based abroad and selling 2nd hand dolls do not have.

Practically, this means that one should not buy a 2nd hand TPE doll from someone else, as you will very likely share his/her germs. This is not recommended at all on an hygienic purpose.

We do not accept any returns for this reason and also because of shipping fees, which account for almost half of the price of the doll. It would cost the same amount to ship it back to China + additional Chinese custom clearance fees.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, Items with damages because of improper use are not eligible for return or refund. This is regardless of the duration of time you use the doll for. We do grant partial refunds on case to case basis if ever needed.
