EUROPEAN & UK DUTY PAID ORDERS TRACKING

If you live in a country that is part of European Union, and if your order includes either a single body or a full sex doll (shipped duty paid), please note:

Your order is always being shipped with UPS, regardless the manufacturer or the European country
Your will not be able to track your order in details until it custom clears and enters Schengen space
Contacting UPS for a status update is useless. UPS does not have a visibility on the package from China to European Union until it has custom cleared. If you would like to have an update of where the package is at a given moment, please contact us instead so that the manufacturer can ask the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder (shipper) has a visibility of where the package is, and approximately when it will custom clear
As soon as the package enters Schengen space and custom clears, the tracking status will update, and you will be able to follow your package from whichever country it entered to its country of destination.

Although we are not 100% sure why it has always been this way, our guess is that UPS outsources part of the logistic road to other local carriers (such as SF Express from China to EU). A tracking status not updating for the first 2-3 weeks on European duty paid orders is normal, so please do not worry about your package being lost or not shipped. This does not mean that your package is not currently on its way to you, nor that it has not yet shipped.

European or UK orders that are not shipped duty paid (DAP) such as single heads or accessories are trackable directly from China to their destination of arrival, as they do not need to custom clear, and can be shipped with another carrier such as FedEx or DHL.

NOT AT HOME? SIGN ONLINE!

ONLINE SIGNATURE FOR PACKAGE RELEASE

Because of the high value of the items that we ship, a signature is always required at reception of your order, regardless the country or the items.

Usually the carrier will contact you on delivery day prior to make an attempt, to make sure someone is at home and to avoid loading the delivery truck for nothing (especially for single bodies or full doll orders). Assuming that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will reschedule delivery at a later date, and attempt to contact you to figure out the most convenient day/time to do so, according to your availability.

If you are not often at home, and/or trust that your package can safely be left under your porch or elsewhere without risk of it being stolen, at reception of your tracking code you can sign for it online prior to delivery. Please note that if you do so, the carrier will not be responsible in case your package gets stolen.

FEDEX ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is Fedex (most orders to USA), you have the option to signup for free to FedEx Delivery Manager by clicking on this link.

Once signed up, you can login to your FedEx Delivery Manager dashboard, and directly sign and authorize delivery online for your package, and avoid having to schedule a redelivery, if you are not at home.

UPS ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is UPS (most orders to Europe), you have the option to signup for free to UPS My Choice by clicking on this link.

Once signed up, you can login to your UPS My Choice dashboard. Unlike Fedex and DHL, UPS does not allow you to sign & authorize deliveries online for valuable items. You can however:

Setup delivery alerts, authorize shipment release or hold for will call (at UPS Customer Center), leave it with a neighbor or reroute delivery to a nearby UPS Access Point.

DHL ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is DHL (usually for smaller orders, such as accessories), you have the option to signup for free to DHL On Demand Delivery by clicking on this link.

Once you fill your waybill number, you can login to your DHL On Demand Delivery dashboard. As a result you can directly sign and authorize delivery online for your package.

This will avoid having to schedule a redelivery if you are not at home.

LOCAL ORDER PICK-UP

HOLD FOR PICKUP AT DROP-OFF LOCATION

On the checkout page (accessible from your shopping cart page once populated with items), you can choose the options to have your order held for pickup at arrival. This means that the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL) will not attempt a delivery at your shipping address, and will hold it for pickup next to your location, at one of their 3rd party storage partner.

Please note that these 3rd party facilities have strict storage policies when it comes to this option, especially on voluminous packages such as dolls. You will only have 5 business days to go pick your order up. Passed this timing they will attempt to return the package back to the shipper.

If it is absolutely critical for your package to be held at arrival and not delivered to your shipping location, we strongly recommend that you also contact the carrier at reception of your tracking code to insure that this request is being taken into account. Although we always pass that request along whenever a customer select this option, depending on certain places, the carrier might not have the logistical capacity to honor it (especially since COVID started, with some facilities on lockdown).

We would like to remind our buyers that all packages are shipped in plain brown boxes with no mention of what is inside the box. The delivery guy does not know, and your privacy is preserved at all time. Additionally we use “24/7 Billing Company” as our label name on all of our payment gateways. “Fine Love Dolls” will not appear anywhere on your bank statements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

A signature is always required on delivery day, for sex dolls or accessory(ies) orders. The carrier cannot leave your package at the door, behind your house, or any other places without your acknowledgement, and unless you specify otherwise by contacting them prior to delivery at reception of your tracking code, or by signing for your package online before it arrives.

Fraud prevention rules allow us to only authorize shipping & deliveries to a verified billing address. The only exception is if you want your doll delivery to a FedEx/DHL/UPS Office for discretion. You can select the option “Hold for pickup at delivery” on the checkout page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that 3rd party storage facilities have quite strict storage policies when it comes to this option, especially on voluminous packages such as dolls.

If you select this option, carriers will only store your package for 5 business days. After this delay the carrier will attempt to ship the package back to us…so do not let her there!

We ship your doll via DHL, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.

We deliver your doll directly to your doorstep or at nearby drop-off location, if you specify so. All orders have discreet packaging (plain brown box), with no mention or indication of what is inside whatsoever.

The carrier does not know what is inside your package, and you can easily pretend that it is a piece furniture if you have curious neighbours!

[NEW] Customers purchasing a silicone or TPE sex doll or body from USA can now choose to have their package shipped by sea freight instead of air freight, and save $200 on their order total.

FREE SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

FREE SHIPPING COUNTRIES (NO EXTRA FEES)

We provide free shipping worldwide and ship our dolls duty paid to USA and Europe. Please make sure that sex dolls are allowed in your country of reception before placing your order (See authorized countries tab above & map below for more information).

For Australia, Canada, Norway & United Kingdom, shipping fees are also included. You might be ask to pay additional duty taxes (±10-15%). Please see below duties & taxes tab for more information.

Please note that additional logistic fees may apply to geographically remote and logistically difficult to access areas. Before proceeding with your purchase, if you already experimented difficulties to receive goods to your address from main carriers, please contact us for a confirmation before placing your order.

Our dolls weight between 20KG to 60KG (44-132 lbs). Logistic costs can quickly escalate for places requiring several transfers at different location spots (For example Reunion island).

DUTIES & TAXES

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES FOR SEX DOLLS

We ship our dolls duty paid. No import taxes, VAT or any additional fees will apply for USA or if your country is part of the European Union. The prices that we list on our store are the prices you pay.

Some countries may ask additional custom duties to be paid that are calculated based on the declared custom values of the goods. To bring these to the minimum (around $100), the declared value of packages is always the lowest possible.

If you are being asked for a proof of payment by the carrier prior to the delivery of your package, please contact us before replying to them so that we can provide you with an optimized invoice.

USA & EUROPEAN UNION (DDP)

USA: No additional taxes apply to accessories or sex doll orders.
EUROPEAN UNION: Orders are shipped duty paid and no additional taxes apply to full sex dolls or single bodies orders. Additional taxes may apply to single heads or accessories orders (minimum weight to be able to ship duty paid being 22KG).

NOTE TO EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: Duty Paid Deliveries (DDP) imply that the package must go through custom clearance when entering Schengen space, which brings the delivery lead time to 2-6 weeks. If you prefer your doll to arrive faster (1-2 weeks), we can ship your doll without duty paid (DAP) but additional taxes may be asked to you at reception of your doll.

UK, AUSTRALIA & CANADA (DAP)

UNITED KINGDOM: As United Kingdom is not part of European Union anymore, additional taxes may apply on your accessory(ies), or sex doll order. Make sure to contact us so that we can provide you with a low value invoice to bring these to the minimum if you are being asked to pay additional custom duties.

Note that only full sex dolls or single bodies orders can potentially be shipped duty paid for these countries.

PACKAGING & PRIVACY

SEX DOLLS PACKAGING

Our silicone or TPE sex dolls are shipped safely packaged and minor damages during transportation are very rare. Given the weight of packages, these cannot be thrown around carelessly during hauling and shipping.

Packages boxes are made of 1″ thick reinforced cardboard. Each ends also in most cases have a plywood plank for extra protection.

The polystyrene foam inside of the box is ergonomically sculpted to fit and protect your doll and prevent any moving around during transportation. The foam has a synthetic feather sheet covering.

With most manufacturers, your love doll will also additionally be wrapped into a plastic protective sheet (with extra protective foam around around hands and feet). She is then wrapped into a thick soft blanket. These always stay neat and won’t leave fold marks on her skin and are great to keep for later use.

Extra polystyrene foam blocks are also used on top to act as a protective lid.

PRESERVED PRIVACY

Our sex dolls, accessories as well as any other items are always shipped in discreet plain brown packaging with no mention of what is inside the box. The carrier does not know either and nor would nosy neighbours!

You can also if you prefer, choose to have your package held on hold at pick-up point near your address. For more information please see the tab above: Local order pickups.

Payment wise, we do not display “Fine Love Dolls” on your bank statement, if you pay by debit/credit card. We use either “Asia Worldwide Limited”, or “24/7 Billing Company” as a label pseudonyme instead, for your privacy.

If you are to place your order using Paypal, we have not installed Paypal gateway onto our website, in order to avoid them collecting your order details and data, and will send your invoice separately at reception of your order. This allows full control over what sensitive details are not shared with Paypal, in an effort to protect your privacy the best we can.

Fine Love Dolls is a Hong Kong and Chinese registered distributor. We operate directly with the original equipment manufacturers. Fine Love Dolls only sells authentic models from authentic brands.

What you see on our website is exactly what you will get. We only use contractual photographs of the models displayed on our store.

If you receive the wrong configuration (wig/eye for example) or if your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us immediately upon reception of your order.

REFUNDS POLICY

A lot of vendors who are not based in China, like to play with customers fears a lot, especially on damaged products and return. Just like UK based vendors like to pretend UK customs seize dolls a lot, US based vendors like to pretend that a lot of dolls arrive damaged. This is to justify their “utility” in the supply chain.

Let us clarify once and for all dolls have less than 0.01% chance to arrive broken. All dolls are wrapped into a plastic sheet, packed into sculpted thick protective foam, placed into a 1″ thick plywood reinforced cardboard with reinforced cardboard edges. The cardboard had thick synthetic feather walls and every items is placed a way that it will not move inside the box.

Additionally, a doll box is very heavy (around 100lbs on average). Carriers aren’t throwing your doll around during transportation, which is something that could potentially happen more often on orders of smaller items ordered from abroad in general.

BUT WHAT IF?

If your doll was to arrive with major damage(s), or wrong options that could not be changed (such as the skin tone, the feet or vagina type). Our politic is to send you a brand new doll, simple as that.

If your doll was to suffer from minor damages (very unlikely), these in 99% of cases can be fixed in no-time invisibly, and count on us to send you the right equipment and items to fix it right away!

If your package arrived damaged, please take pictures before opening it. If you notice any mistake with your order, please contact us right away! Keep in mind that this is manufacturers worst fear. It would be very costly to handle and we do everything we can to provide the most optimal level of protection during transportation of your doll(s) or head(s).

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

Thermoplastic Elastomer, unlike silicone is a porous material. This means that it can only be sterilized with specific equipments and products, which most vendors based abroad and selling 2nd hand dolls do not have.

Practically, this means that one should not buy a 2nd hand TPE doll from someone else, as you will very likely share his/her germs. This is not recommended at all on an hygienic purpose.

We do not accept any returns for this reason and also because of shipping fees, which account for almost half of the price of the doll. It would cost the same amount to ship it back to China + additional Chinese custom clearance fees.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, Items with damages because of improper use are not eligible for return or refund. This is regardless of the duration of time you use the doll for. We do grant partial refunds on case to case basis if ever needed.

CHINESE HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

Delivery delays are not frequent, however we strongly advise you to avoid placing your order before or after the following dates:

Covid-19

USA & NORTH AMERICA: Coronavirus pandemic does not currently congest logistic roads or impact production lead times anymore. No delays are to be expected.

EUROPE & UK: Due to Covid-19 second wave and lockdowns in certain countries, slight delivery delays are to be expected. Never hesitate to contact us to have an update on where your doll currently is.

SHANGHAI LOCKDOWN: Our warehouse is NOT located within Shanghai, but in a city next to it (Wuxi). Our warehouse is NOT impacted by current COVID-19 lockdown in Shanghai, and accessory orders are processed as usual and without delays.

War in Ukraine

Deliveries to Europe are not impacted by the Ukrainian conflict, as carriers use different logistic roads in order to deliver your order.

China Black Friday (From 10/11/2022 to 12/11/2022)

Just look at Alibaba’s year on year record breaking sales on this day. All Chinese channels to be congested for a week because of the surge in volumes to be exported from China.

The Singles’ Day, also known as “Double 11 Festival”, is the same as the Western Black Friday basically. 2-3 days delays are to be expected if you are to place an order during that period.

Chinese New Year (From 22/01/2023 to 04/02/2023)

Chinese New Year is the longest national holidays of the year. All factories, freight forwarders as well as carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc…) or any other Chinese local company (except Fine Love Dolls) will be closed for 7-10 days.

The below dates are currently estimates and may be subject to small changes.

Doll orders placed after 2022/01/25 will be processed and will ship after Chinese New Year (from 2022/02/12).
Most accessory orders placed after 2022/01/25 will ship after Chinese New Year (from 2022/02/12).

Middle-Autumn Festival (From 10/09/2022 to 13/09/2022)

The Middle Autumn Festival is another Chinese nationwide public holidays, expect logistics to be slow within these dates. Carriers and factories will also be closed for a 3 days (from 10/09/2022 to 13/09/2022).

Golden Week (From 01/10/2022 to 07/10/2022)

The Golden Week is a week off with nationwide public holidays. All factories, freight forwarders and carriers (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc…) will be closed for a week.

Doll orders placed after 25/09/2022 will be processed and will ship starting from 07/10/2022.

Accessory orders placed after 30/09/2022 will ship starting from 07/10/2022.

Although Fine Love Dolls has more than 3,000 models & counting, adding accessories, detached parts, TPE or silicone single heads, single bodies, our shop totals more than 4,000 products! Each order is unique and it is difficult to give an exact estimate of the lead time of a specific order given all of the possible variations.

For an estimate as precise as possible please see below, remember to always feel free to ask for the status of your order at any time by contacting us!

SEX DOLL ONLY ORDERS

Sex dolls only orders have variable production lead times depending on the material, as well as the options selected. As a rule of thumb, silicone models take longer to manufacture than TPE dolls.

Certain options such as implanted hair for example, will bring production lead time to around 3 weeks (as hair must be manually implanted 1 by 1).

Please see below for average production lead time estimates per sex doll brand.

IN-STOCK SEX DOLLS

In-stock sex dolls can ship directly at reception of your order and will arrive within 2-8 days for both Europe and Northern America.

6YE PREMIUM

6YE Premium also known as 6YE Doll has 1 production site located in South China.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

Production takes a bit longer for 6YE models, count on average 8 to 10 regular days for your doll to be ready. Note that hybrid models (silicone heads + TPE bodies) especially those with implanted hair take longer to make. Count around 2-3 weeks for these to be ready.

If the production time exceeds the above estimates and that we have not yet reverted back to you, never hesitate to holla at us! Unfortunately either heads or bodies presenting a defect must sometimes be remoulded from scratch, which can potentially have delayed your order for 1-2 days.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

USA & CANADA: Shipments are done through Fedex. Delivery lead time is 6-8 regular days for USA & Canada. US customers can now choose sea freight instead, and save $200 on your order. Delivery lead time for sea freight to North America is 3-4 weeks.

EUROPE & UK: Custom clearance is longer and delivery lead time is 10-15 regular days for European and UK orders. We use UPS for all European countries.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, orders going to Europe can take slightly longer than above. This is due to EU custom clearance. There is a way to make it quicker: Ship without duty paid, but that imply paying taxes on your doll at reception. If you prefer that option, please contact us.

AS DOLL

JY DOLL | AS DOLL

JY Doll is one of our oldest manufacturing partner and 2nd biggest production site. This fabricant also produces AS Doll models.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

Count 4 to 6 regular days for JY Doll models to be ready. For AS Doll, count 6-8 regular days. Hybrid models (silicone head + TPE body), especially those with implanted hair take slightly longer to produce. Count around 2-3 weeks for these.

NEW: JY Doll now proposes 3 different TPE blend types. Please note that the “Platinum TPE” option adds 1 week time to production lead time.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

EUROPE & UK: Custom clearance is longer and delivery lead time is 10-15 regular days for European and UK orders. We use UPS for all European countries.

Climax Doll is a smaller manufacturer with 1 production site located in South China.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

Production is a bit longer for Climax models, with a lead time of 8 to 15 regular days for your doll to be ready.

If the production time exceeds 15 days and that we have not yet reverted back to you, never hesitate to holla at us! Unfortunately either heads or bodies presenting a defect must sometimes be remoulded from scratch, which can potentially have delayed your order for 1-2 days.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

EUROPE & UK: Custom clearance is longer and delivery lead time is 10-15 regular days for European and UK orders. We use UPS for all European countries.

ELSA BABE

Please note that silicone dolls take longer to manufacture than TPE dolls (silicone takes longer to dry, hair implantation is also a time consuming process).

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

Production takes around 6 to 10 regular days for your doll to be ready with Irontech Doll for TPE models. Please note that silicone or hybrid sex dolls with or without implanted hair will take longer to produce as the manufacturing process takes longer for silicone.

SE Doll models are produced by WM Doll factory, located in South China.

Production is a bit longer for SE Doll models, with a lead time of 8 to 15 regular days for your TPE doll to be ready. If you select one of SE Doll hybrid models (silicone head + TPE body), and/or with implanted hair take around 2-3 weeks to complete.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:

With production facilities stretching onto 2 sites, this manufacturer can guarantee the fastest production lead time. Most models are produced within 8-10 regular days for TPE sex dolls. Please note that silicone or hybrid sex dolls will take longer to produce as the manufacturing process takes longer for silicone.

Please note that certain options, such as implanted hair take longer to produce. Count 3 weeks if you selected the implanted hair for WM, YL, OR, SE Doll models.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

USA & CANADA: We have great deal with this manufacturer on transportation through Fedex or UPS. Delivery lead time is 6-8 regular days for USA & Canada. US customers can now choose sea freight instead, and save $200 on your order. Delivery lead time for sea freight to North America is 3-4 weeks.

Custom moulds take around 2-3 months to complete at reception of your order. Shipping lead time not included (7-10 days).

ACCESSORY ONLY ORDERS

Fine Love Dolls has a local warehouse in China. Think of us as a logistic/consolidation processing center, that can order everything first for you, group it, and ship it together in one package. Our deal is simple: Shipping fees are free for all orders above $100 ($39 otherwise).

The advantage is that you won’t have to pay shipping fees several times, like you would by shipping for wigs, makeup, etc from each Amazon or AliExpress vendors. And as we buy local directly, we can guarantee you the best prices on these items too (without any middlemen fees).

Delivery lead time is around 7-10 days for both USA and Europe (Via FedEx, UPS or DHL). Please note that the below order preparation lead time must be added to that time frame as well. A few items can only be shipped through federal postal service (such as makeup or repair kits) as per below tab.

We do our best to keep stocks on all the items that we sell. If we do not, it is only a matter of a few days for it to arrive at our local warehouse. More information on expected order preparation lead times for accessories only orders can be found below:

IN-STOCK ACCESSORIES

For accessories that are already available and ready to ship at our warehouse, your order is prepared the next day once placed at latest, and can ship out then.

This usually includes items such as suspension kits, repair kits, clothing, cleaning items, connectors, eyes, most makeup items, most jewelry items, most tattoo decals, etc…

NOT IN-STOCK ACCESSORIES

Not in-stock items must be ordered to our suppliers at reception of your order. These will arrive at our warehouse within 1-3 days on average, date at which we are done preparing your order and can ship it out.

This usually include: Inflatable furnitures, roomplay items (such as restrain kits), some makeup items, some tattoo items, some jewelries items, some wigs, etc…

Please note that items made by manufacturers (such as resin teeth sets, penis inserts, intelligent cleaning device) can take longer to arrive at our warehouse (usually 7 days).

MAKEUP & REPAIR KIT(S)

As stated above, shipping lead time takes around 7-10 days to arrive once your order has shipped out (has been packed up at our warehouse & shipped to our freight forwarder).

Most accessories orders will ship with either FedEx, DHL, or UPS. But some items are not allowed by these carriers, due to express air freight security regulations.

These items include: Makeup items (such as lipstick, eyeshadow, blush, eyelash glue, makeup remover, eyebrow pens, eyeliner) & Repair kits (TPE glue and stain remover).

Any accessories order including the above items can only be shipped through federal postal services (such as USPS in the US, La Poste in France, etc…). The delivery lead time is longer, between 10 to 20 days on average.

COSPLAY CLOTHING

Cosplay clothing items (not to be mistaken for our regular 1-size-fits-all clothing items) are tailor-made on demand based on your doll dimensions. These are quite long to produce (3-4 weeks on average).

If a cosplay clothing is ordered alongside a doll, single head or single body, or choosen as part of our deals, we will ship it separately not to delay the rest of your order, which will be ready to ship faster.

OTHER ITEM(S) MADE ON DEMAND

Items made on demand are essentially penis inserts. Skin tones such as #1 Pale, #2 Light caucasian, #4 Light tan & #5 tan are faster to produce (5-7 days on average).

Other skin tones such as #3 Caucasian, #6 Light ebony or #7 Ebony usually take longer (10-15 days).

ACCESSORIES FIT IN THE ORDER BOX

As per above, if items to be included are either a repair kit or makeup products, these will always ship separately from your doll, single head, or single body. It can however be shipped alongside any other accessories that we sell on Fine Love Dolls.

Whatever else that you have ordered alongside of your sex doll that can fit in the box will ship alongside of it (such as wigs, eyes, tattoos, clothing or any other small items).

Same goes for smaller boxes such as single heads for example. Whatever fits in the box can ship alongside of it, the rest will ship separately.

ACCESSORIES DO NOT FIT IN THE ORDER BOX

Accessories that do not fit in your doll box (be a doll, single body or single head) will ship separately and arrive within the same time frame in most cases, as long as we can use the same carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS).

These include: Voluminous items (such as inflatable furnitures, WM Doll’s intelligent cleaning device, or roomplay items), or simply too many items ordered alongside with your doll’s package, or head package (even less space available).

ABOUT CUSTOM MADE STORAGE CASES

Custom made storage cases, also called “flight cases” are available within the customization options for some of the brands that we sell. Such as: WM Doll, YL Doll, OR Doll and SE Doll.

Logistic wise, air express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS all have maximum allowed shipping weight and/or height. In some case if the doll weight + storage case weight exceeds the maximum allowed by the carrier, we will ship both items separately.

Sex doll storage boxes can also be purchased separately without other item(s) here.

SEX DOLL & ACCESSORIES SHIPPING METHODS

There is a default shipping method which is free for either UK, Europe, USA, Australia or Canada.

Depending on where you are located, we offer faster or slower shipping methods to choose from at checkout. Only full sex doll or single body orders are eligible. Some options cost extra while others can grant you a huge discount! You can find more information below:

EUROPE SHIPPING METHODS (EXCEPT NORWAY, FINLAND, UK)

All silicone or TPE sex doll manufacturers (and all vendors) by default ship European orders duty paid by rail via both UPS & FedEx (each doing part of the way). We can also ship your package to Europe by air cargo, either duty paid or not (DDP or DAP), and via FEDEX or UPS. Other shipping methods cost extra except the default one.

RAIL FREIGHT DUTY PAID TO EUROPE (4-6 WEEKS)

This is the default option used by all vendors and manufacturers. Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your sex doll or sex doll single body for these countries. This is mostly due to European custom clearance taking longer than elsewhere. This option is free and does not cost extra.

You can however choose to have your doll shipped to Europe by plane either duty paid or unpaid, at an extra cost as per below.

AIR FREIGHT DUTY PAID TO EUROPE (2-3 WEEKS)

Your sex doll or single body will be delivered by air cargo (UPS only) and custom clear at arrival before shipping to you. An additional US$460 shipping fee is applied with this shipping method.

You can also choose to have your doll shipped by air duty unpaid (DAP), which is faster, and also costs extra, although slightly less than duty paid shipping by air (DDP).

AIR FREIGHT DUTY UNPAID TO EUROPE (1-2 WEEKS)

Your sex doll or single body will be delivered by air cargo, you can choose to have it shipped with either FEDEX (US$230 extra) or UPS (US$310 extra).

With this shipping method, your order will not go through custom clearance at arrival before shipping to you (faster). Note that an additional shipping fee is applied with this shipping method, and that additional taxes may be asked by import customs at reception of your product.

Feel free to contact us for an invoice if needed. You can also choose to have your doll shipped duty paid by either rail or air freight as per above.

NORTH AMERICA SHIPPING METHODS (USA)

All silicone or TPE sex doll manufacturers (and all vendors) by default ship American orders duty paid by air using UPS or FedEx. We can also ship your package to USA by sea cargo, and offer you a $US200 additional discount on your order total.

AIR FREIGHT TO NORTHERN AMERICA (1-2 WEEKS)

Air freight is the default shipping method for full sex dolls or single sex doll bodies going either to USA. This shipping method is free of charge and is done via either UPS or FEDEX. As a rule of thumb shipping to Northern America takes 4-6 days, but additional delays may occasionally apply depending on global logistics.

You can now however choose sea freight instead which is longer and get a $US200 discount on your order total. Please see below for more information.

SEA FREIGHT TO NORTHERN AMERICA (3-4 WEEKS)

NEW! You can now choose sea freight if you are located in either USA and get a $US200 additional discount on your full sex doll or sex doll single body. This shipping method takes around 3-4 weeks.

At arrival in US port, your doll will then ship to you by air via either FEDEX, DHL or UPS (2-4 days).
