Please note that manufacturers might forget to send us your tracking code in a timely or synchronized manner. This does not mean that your order is not being processed, or haven’t yet been shipped. If you still haven’t received your tracking code yet, never hesitate to contact us to ask for it!

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING LEAD TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Regular shipping lead time for North America is around 6 days for USA, and around 8 days for Canada. Please note that your order also needs to be processed, this estimates does not include order manufacturing or processing lead time.
Depending on the complexity of your order and the number of items to be included, it takes on average around a week to 10 days to process. For example if you added a lot of accessories to be shipped alongside the doll, etc…

EUROPE & OTHERS
FOR TPE OR SILICONE SEX DOLL OR SINGLE BODY ORDERS + ITEM(S) FITTING/ALLOWED IN THE BOX
Shipping lead time for Europe is slightly longer than for Northern America, due to heavier administrative custom clearance paperwork, as all European orders are also shipped duty paid.
For full dolls DDP orders to Europe, the package always ships with UPS regardless the manufacturer.
Below estimates can be subject to unexpected delays so we can only give you an approximate time frame. (Covid-19 related, Weather condition, aircraft carrier inspection, etc…).
[Part 1 – Shipping from CN to EU + Custom clearance – Duration: 2-4 weeks]
The package travels by plane from south China to whichever Schengen space EU entry point is on the package’s logistic road. Usually UPS custom clearance entry point in Europe is Hungary (where UPS package sorting facilities are located).
It is important to note that for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) full doll orders or single bodies to Europe that you will not be able to track your package during this part 1 of the journey. Do not worry, this does absolutely not mean that your package is not currently on its way to you. But UPS (presumably) outsources that Part 1 of the logistic road to the other main local Chinese logistic player, SF Express.
What essentially potentially adds time here is the European custom clearing & inspection that is often congested, especially since Covid-19 started in Europe.
It is rather unusual, but if your tracking code for a European DDP order has not updated passed 4 weeks after shipment, never hesitate to contact us! The freight forwarder is able to locate where the package is at any given moment, and whether or not it has custom cleared yet.
[Part 2 – Shipping from EU entry point to Your shipping address – Duration: 2-14 days]
Once the package custom clears and enters Schengen space, you can finally start to see a tracking code update. From then on it is only a matter of a few days on average, for your doll to reach your address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?
For orders above $100, we will send you your tracking code and pictures as soon as your package is ready to ship!
If you have not received your tracking code passed this delay, or if you believe you have received the wrong tracking code, always feel free to contact us to double check!
Following your order, Fine Love Dolls will email you your tracking code along with your order pictures. Please note that this process implicate quite a few people between the manufacturer, the freight forwarder, you and us.
If we happen not to have reverted back to you following your order and estimated lead time, this does not mean that your order is not being processed/hasn’t already shipped out. Sometimes synchronization of information between one of the actor listed above isn’t done on time (for example the freight forwarder took longer than usual to communicate the tracking code to the manufacturer, or the manufacturer forgot to send us the pictures).
Never hesitate to contact us at any time to get an update on your order status!
At reception of your tracking code, simply visit this order tracking page to follow up on your package. You can also use Aftership app for a quicker lookup.
For smaller orders, we usually do not send tracking codes. This is because we must send each tracking code manually to you, at reception from our carrier, which is quite time consuming.
If you would still like to receive your tracking code on such order, do not hesitate to contact us though, you are more than welcome to do so! Thank you for your understanding and trust.
PLEASE NOTE: We still add your tracking code on our end even for smaller orders. Trust that your package is in good hand and will arrive safely at destination!
Here again, if any issue was to arise on your package during its journey, we will inform you right away, and re-ship the item(s) if necessary!

WHY IS MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL INDICATING “PROCESSING”?
We change your order status manually, and only once you have received your package, and that we are sure that you are satisfied and that there are no issues with your order!
Within a few days following the reception of your package, we will change your order status from “Processing” to “Completed“. You will then received a completed order confirmation email.
This email will also include a link to leave a review if you would like to!
MY ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION ARE NOT UPDATING
If you live in a country that is part of European Union, and if your order includes either a single body or a full sex doll (shipped duty paid), please note:
- Your order is always being shipped with UPS, regardless the manufacturer or the European country
- Your will not be able to track your order in details until it custom clears and enters Schengen space
- Contacting UPS for a status update is useless. UPS does not have a visibility on the package from China to European Union until it has custom cleared. If you would like to have an update of where the package is at a given moment, please contact us instead so that the manufacturer can ask the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder (shipper) has a visibility of where the package is, and approximately when it will custom clear
- As soon as the package enters Schengen space and custom clears, the tracking status will update, and you will be able to follow your package from whichever country it entered to its country of destination.
Although we are not 100% sure why it has always been this way, our guess is that UPS outsources part of the logistic road to other local carriers (such as SF Express from China to EU). A tracking status not updating for the first 2-3 weeks on European duty paid orders is normal, so please do not worry about your package being lost or not shipped. This does not mean that your package is not currently on its way to you, nor that it has not yet shipped.
European or UK orders that are not shipped duty paid (DAP) such as single heads or accessories are trackable directly from China to their destination of arrival, as they do not need to custom clear, and can be shipped with another carrier such as FedEx or DHL.
If you are from a non-european country and do not see your package tracking code status updating, never hesitate to contact us.
I CHOSE TO PICKUP MY ORDER, HOW LONG CAN I WAIT?
If you have selected the option “Hold for pickup at carrier facilities location” at checkout for your order, your package will be delivered to the closest storage facility from your location.
In order to have a nationwide coverage, either DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers all use 3rd party storage facilities.
Usually, these facilities have quite strict policies regarding allowed storage time, and will only give you 5 business days to pick your order up. This is especially true on larger package such as sex dolls for example.
If you did not see that your package already arrived at destination, we will contact you as a reminder.
Passed this delay, the carrier will ship your package back to us. If you allegedly select the hold for pick option, and did not pick up your package on time, Fine Love Dolls will not be held responsible and additional fees might apply.
