Please see every step of your order process as below. Please kindly note that given time spans are only estimates and may vary in case of unexpected and/or unforeseen event(s) such as longer custom clearance time, logistic congestion, bad weather, etc…

1. YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER

Congratulations! You have successfully placed your order. At reception we wait for 6-12 hours before forwarding it to production, in case you would like to modify details such as skin tone, body type, head, etc…or if you have simply changed your mind, and would like to cancel your order.

2. PRODUCTION STARTS (3-6 DAYS)

Once we are sure that no modifications are needed on your order, we forward it to production. Please note that once this stage has started,  you cannot cancel your order anymore and you can only bring minor modifications such as eye or nail color, hair or pubic hair style. You cannot change head, body, skin tone, vagina type or feet type anymore.

By default we only provide the latest generation skeleton to all of our customers (with the shoulders moving up & down). This skeleton takes longer to produce than the earlier generation one.

If you would like to speed up this process, you can tick the checkbox “I want the old skeleton” at checkout of your order.

Please note that additional unexpected delays may occur on rare occasions, in case of congestion on production lines.

3. YOUR ORDER IS SENT TO YOU (6-10 DAYS)

Once, production is over, your doll is packed and forwarded to our freight agent. At this stage, no modifications are possible on your order anymore.

We will email you your tracking code with further instruction at reception, so you can track your order in real-time, directly from your mobile device.

On average it takes 6-8 days for USA, Canada, and Australia and 8-10 days for Europe. Please note that additional unexpected delays may occur on rare occasions.

ACCESSORIES ONLY ORDERS – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The above production delays can be slightly longer for accessories (1-2 days on average). Fine Love Dolls maintains stocks on detached parts and small accessories, but not on custom items such as penis insert add-on for example (too many size & color variations).

Therefore depending on the complexity of your order, item grouping might take a few more days than the above lead time. We thank you for your patience and understanding, please trust that we are going as fast as we can to bring you the best satisfaction as possible!

Please note that prices displayed on store, on some accessories do not include shipping cost ($40) which are added to your cart at checkout. These items cannot be shipped alongside other regular orders, due to product composition and air freight and safety regulations: Our TPE repair kit and our makeup kit, which both contain TPE glue and eyelash glue as well.

We update orders status manually, just as we forward each and every order manually, once it has been translated into Chinese and formatted correctly first, to avoid any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of a given order. If your order is not as you expected, for example wrong set of eyes (unfortunately a small mistake can occasionally happen). 

Unless your order has already been placed, if you have any particular modification and/or request, DO NOT simply advise us by email or on the chat. Please mention it as a side note of your order at checkout.

Pending payment

Pending payment status is automatically set on unpaid orders, either because your Paypal or debit/credit balance is insufficient, or because your bank has set a threshold limit on your account for online purchases. Please contact us if you have any issues placing your order.

On hold

This status is attributed to orders where “bank transfer” has been selected as a payment method. Please note that this method is not automatic, and that you need to manually make a wire transfer to our bank account in order for your order status to be switched to “Processing“, and for your order to be forwarder to production. All of our models are produced on demand and based on your configuration and selection.

Incomplete orders added to cart, where fields of the checkout page have been filled or partially filled and where the payment process has not been completed. We will keep these orders in our records for 48 hours and will notify you of the current status. Passed this delay and/or without any reply for your side, we will remove these incomplete orders from our database.

If your order is flagged as suspicious by our security system, Fine Love Dolls reserves the right to temporarily switch a “Processing” order to “On hold” if further verification documents are required on your end.

Processing

Once your payment has been successfully received, your order status will automatically be set to “Processing“.

Please note that this status will not change until reception of your order, and is independent from your tracking code and pictures, which we send to you manually separately  at reception from our forwarder (for your tracking code) and from production (for your order pictures)

Once your tracking code indicates that your order has been received, we usually wait for 1-2 week(s) before manually setting your order status to “Completed

Cancelled

Cancelled status is automatically attributed to cancelled orders. Either by yourself or manually from our end, upon demand (if eligible)

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS & UPS TRACKING:

All orders to Europe are shipped duty paid, and the process is longer than for North America (Average lead time: 15 days). We always use UPS for doll orders to Europe.

Upon reception of your tracking code by email from us, you can expect an average 10 days without any status update, either on UPS website or through our tracking page or app, and this is normal. Once the package reaches UPS’ sorting facilities in Europe, you will start receiving live updates of your package, from the sorting facility to your doorstep.

Although we aren’t fully sure why, our theory is that unlike Fedex, UPS outsources part of its logistic operations to local players in some countries (including China, where national couriers champions such as S.F Express are “privileged”). This makes the tracking of your package’s journey unclear until your doll reaches Europe. Be reassured that your order is safe and on its way, and that if any issue was to arise, we would be notified on our end anyway.

If you are located outside of Europe and/or if your order does not include a doll, you are not impacted by the above, and can expect tracking visibility on your package from China to your doorstep. We sincerely apologize (on behalf of UPS…) for this inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

Because of the high value of the items that we ship, a signature is needed at reception of your order. If you are not often at home and do not want to reschedule a delivery for your package, please see below instructions:

FEDEX ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is Fedex (used for most orders to USA), you have the option to signup for free to FedEx Delivery Manager by clicking on this link.

Once signed up, you can login to your FedEx Delivery Manager dashboard, and directly sign and authorize delivery online for your package, and avoid having to schedule a redelivery, if you are not at home.

UPS ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is UPS (used for most orders to Europe), you have the option to signup for free to UPS My Choice by clicking on this link.

Once signed up, you can login to your UPS My Choice dashboard. Unlike Fedex and DHL, UPS does not allow you to sign & authorize deliveries online for valuable items. You can however:

Setup delivery alerts, authorize shipment release or hold for will call (at UPS Customer Center), leave it with a neighbor or reroute delivery to a nearby UPS Access Point.

DHL ORDERS

At reception of your tracking code by email, we will specify which carrier is being appointed for your order. If it is DHL (used usually for smaller orders, such as accessories), you have the option to signup for free to DHL On Demand Delivery by clicking on this link.

Once your waybill number filed up, you can login to your DHL On Demand Delivery dashboard, and directly sign and authorize delivery online for your package, and avoid having to schedule a redelivery, if you are not at home.

Fraud prevention rules allow us to only authorize shipping & deliveries to a verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedEx/DHL/UPS Office for your discretion. Please notify us in advance and fill out the separate shipping location as your shipping address when you checkout.

Your doll is delivered in a large unmarked box via DHL, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.

Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep or at the indicated nearby drop-off location discreetly packaged in a plain brown box. A signature is required for delivery unless you have specified otherwise, by ticking the checkbox at checkout “Signature not required at delivery”.

Please note that you should only select this option if you have a safe patio or back garden where your package can safely be store by the carrier until your return. Please note that if you select this option, Fine Love Dolls will NOT be held responsible if your package get stolen while you are not home. In case of any doubt, simply leave us a note to hold the order for pickup instead.

Due to import laws, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Bahrain, Central African Republic, Chad, Cocos (Keeling Islands), Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Gambia, Guinea, Haiti, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Paraguay, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Emirates (except Dubai only), Uzbekistan, Western Sahara, Yemen.

Customers from South American countries (except Chile) should contact us before placing an order. It most cases it is necessary for the customers from South America to custom clear their package at reception. You can also check our interactive map below:

We provide free shipping to USA and Europe. Please make sure that love dolls are allowed in your country of reception before placing your order (See “Authorized Countries” tab above & map below for more information).

Please note that for countries such as Canada and Norway, United Kingdom, additional duty taxes (±5-10%) might be asked on occasional basis. We can use UPS on demand for these countries. We can help you lower it to a few tenth of dollars, just contact us before reception.

Please note that additional fees might apply for remote and logistically difficult to access areas. Before proceeding with your purchase, if you have in the past, experimented difficulties to receive goods to your address from main carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, etc…) Please contact us for a confirmation before placing your order.

Our dolls weight between 20 KG to 60 KG (44-132 LBS), and logistic costs can quickly escalate to a price higher than the doll itself, for places that require several transfers at different location spots. (For example Reunion island).

Our dolls are shipped duty paid meaning that no import taxes, VAT or any additional fees will be asked to you, if you are located in Europe or USA. The prices listed on our store are the prices you pay.

PLEASE NOTE: Duty paid is only available for full dolls and do not apply to single heads for Europe. If you order a single head only from us, additional taxes may be asked by customs.

For countries located outside of the United States, or of the European Union, we try most of the time to ship duty paid, but additional taxes may apply (for example United Kingdom, Norway, South Korea, Canada or Latin American Countries) Feel free to contact us for more information about a location in particular.

All of our models, upon manufacturing completion, go through a strict quality control process and stress test. Any model which fails any of the 2 test(s) will be manufactured from scratch over again (delaying your order of 1 business day)

Fine Love Dolls is a Hong Kong and Chinese registered distributor operating directly with the manufacturers of the brands that we sell. What you see on our website is exactly what you will get, we only use contractual photographs of the models displayed on our store.

If you receive the wrong item, a wrong configuration (wig/eye for example) or if your item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us immediately upon reception of your order.

Your doll is custom made just for you at our factory, with the specific doll options that you have chosen. Because your sex doll is a custom product created just for you, once production of your doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for unless valable reason.

Returns are granted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or you if you have received defective item. (standard production and shipping times apply). Fine Love Dolls reserves the right to try to resell the doll first, assuming it has not been used*

*By “reselling” these dolls, we mean as second hand models on doll forums only, not on our shop! Buyers are aware that it is a (cheaper) 2nd hand model. You will NOT receive an already used doll if you order from our shop).

By defective product, we do not mean small divots, scratches on the doll that could have happened on very rare cases after quality inspection and during transport. If your package arrived damaged, please take pictures before opening it.

If you ever receive the wrong wig or eye color by mistake with your order, please contact us so that we can send you the correct item(s) right away!

WARNING: Sex toy laws dictate that we cannot accept return of a doll that has been used. So please note that as soon as you have sex with the doll, returning her for any reason is no longer possible. A returned doll will undergo oral, vaginal and anal inspection and testing for sexual fluids. If you have returned a doll which tests positive for sexual fluids, the doll will be destroyed and you will NOT receive a refund.

Unfortunately, Items that are damaged through improper use are not eligible for return or refund , regardless of the duration of time the product was used for. Sex dolls are not indestructible. Care and common sense must be exercised during use and handling. For more information about TPE dolls care and maintenance please follow this link.

Delivery delays are not frequent, however we strongly advise you to avoid placing your order before or after the following dates:

Chinese New Year (From 02/15/2018 to 02/21/2018)
