WHAT IS THE SHIPPING LEAD TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Shipping lead time depend on the country we ship to, find below the average lead time for each destination:

NORTH AMERICA

Regular shipping lead time for North America is 6 days for USA, and 8 days for Canada.

For smaller orders, such as accessories, the shipping lead time is around 6-10 days (if shipped separately)

Please note that additional unexpected delays may potentially apply (weather condition, aircraft carrier technical issues, etc…).

EUROPE & OTHERS

Shipping lead time for Europe is slightly longer than for Northern America, due to heavier administrative custom clearance processes.

Count 10-15 days on average. This lead time can also be subject to slight unexpected delays. (Weather condition, aircraft carrier inspection, etc…)

For smaller orders, such as accessories, count 6-10 days (if shipped separately).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING CODE?

For orders above $100, we will send you your tracking code and pictures as soon as your package is ready to ship!

If you have not received your tracking code passed this delay, or if you believe you have received the wrong tracking code, always feel free to contact us to double check!

REGULAR ORDERS (ABOVE $100)

Within around 6-8 days following your order, Fine Love Dolls will email you your tracking code along with your order pictures.

At reception, simply visit this order tracking page to follow up on your package. You can also use Aftership app for a quicker lookup.

We also use Aftership to add your order on our end. This allow us to be reactive if any issue arise with your order.

For example, if you have selected “Hold for pickup at carrier storage facilities” and that your package is not being picked up at reception, we will typically contact you as a reminder.

SMALLER ORDERS (BELOW $100)

For smaller order with cart total below $100, we usually do not send tracking codes. This is because we must send each tracking code manually to you, at reception from our carrier, which is quite time consuming.

If you would still like to receive your tracking code on such order, simply contact us

PLEASE NOTE: We still add your tracking code on our end even for smaller orders. Trust that your package is in good hand and will arrive safely at destination! 

Here again, if any issue was to arise on your package during its journey, we will inform you right away, and re-ship the item(s) if necessary!

WHY IS MY ORDER STATUS IS STILL INDICATING “PROCESSING”?

We change your order status manually, and only once you have received your package, and that we are sure that you are satisfied and that there are no issues with your order!

Within a few days following the reception of your package, we will change your order status from “Processing” to “Completed“. You will then received a completed order confirmation email.

This email will also include a link to leave a review if you would like to!

MY ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION ARE NOT UPDATING

For orders to Europe, upon reception of your tracking code, you can expect an average 10 days without any status update, either on UPS website or through our tracking page or app, and this happens occasionally.

Although we aren’t fully sure why, our theory is that unlike Fedex, UPS outsources part of its logistic operations to local players in some countries (including China, where national couriers champions such as S.F Express are “privileged”). This makes the tracking of your package’s journey unclear until your doll reaches Europe.

Once the package reaches UPS’ sorting facilities in Europe, you will start receiving live updates of your package, from the sorting facility to your doorstep.

Be reassured that your order is safe and on its way, and that if any issue was to arise, we would be notified on our end anyway.

If you are located outside of Europe and/or if your order does not include a doll, you are not impacted by the above, and can expect tracking visibility on your package from China to your doorstep. We sincerely apologize (on behalf of UPS…) for this inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

I CHOSE TO PICKUP MY ORDER, HOW LONG CAN I WAIT?

If you have selected the option “Hold for pickup at carrier facilities location” at checkout for your order, your package will be delivered to the closest storage facility from your location.

In order to have a nationwide coverage, either DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers all use 3rd party storage facilities.

Usually, these facilities have quite strict policies regarding allowed storage time, and will only give you 5 business days to pick your order up. This is especially true on larger package such as sex dolls for example.

If you did not see that your package already arrived at destination, we will contact you as a reminder.

Passed this delay, the carrier will ship your package back to us. If you allegedly select the hold for pick option, and did not pick up your package on time, Fine Love Dolls will not be held responsible and additional fees might apply.

NOTICE TO BUYERS FROM UNITED KINGDOM, CANADA, NORWAY & AUSTRALIA:

As explained on the above shipping & Deliveries page, additional custom duty fees may apply for these destinations (5-10% of the order total).

If our appointed carrier contacts you in that regards, you can contact us for  a tax optimization, we can help reduce this amount to the minimum.
