Fine Love Dolls will assess a number of points for each reported bug based on its severity. Please note that a maximum of 200 points can be redeemed per doll order and a maximum of 50 points per single head or accessories orders.

MINOR SEVERITY BUGS (5 POINTS)
MINOR BUGS
Bugs considered as minor are typically mistyped content, or small styling issues such as:
- Incorrect doll name in a given product description
- Incorrect info in a given doll’s product description (wrong bra size for example)
- Typing or English mistakes
- Wrong background picture on a model product page
- Other layout styling issues (misplaced element for example)
MEDIUM SEVERITY BUGS (10-15 POINTS)
MEDIUM SEVERITY BUGS
Bugs classified as of medium severity are typically problems such as:
- Broken 404 error links
- Wrong links (for example single heads or bodies links to each relevant model in our customizer)
- Major styling issues (for example broken layout on mobile devices)
- Minor Javascript or HTML issues (such as warnings in browser developer consoles)
- Minor customizer scenarios or single product option forms misconfigurations
HIGH SEVERITY BUGS (15-100 POINTS)

High severity bugs are usually much harder to find, and are aimed at security experts and include:
- Critical security flaws
- Technical SEO critical optimizations
- Other code optimization
- Critical Javascript or other script errors
- Critical customizer scenarios or option forms misconfigurations
- Any other problem affecting the functionality of Fine Love Dolls
