SILICONE & TPE SEX DOLLS WIG CARE
Estimated Time: 20-25 minutes • Difficulty: Easy
Silicone as well as TPE sex doll wigs care vary depending on the wig type. Principally, there are two kinds of materials being used to make wigs: those made of a synthetic hair base and those made entirely of natural hair (more expensive).Our silicone or TPE sex doll models all have premium synthetic wigs so far, you can also choose to have lace wigs, as well as implanted hair for some of our brands.
If you prefer a natural wig, keep in mind that a natural wig also requires more care & maintenance than a synthetic wig.
When you order from us, you will receive your wig well protected into a plastic bag, with paper inside as well as a protection net.
A long wide tooth metal comb is also provided with your package, as on the left picture.
SEX DOLLS WIGS DETAILS & FEATURES
Our doll’s wigs are premium quality, Full-Cap wigs.Full-cap wigs hair are sewn into the mesh cap, leaving no gaps and providing full coverage of the hair/head underneath.
This type of wigs have the most hair, and can be hand tight with a clipping system, as shown below on the left picture.
SYNTHETIC WIGS WASHING
Just like human hair, your doll wig will get greasy over time (not as fast). In below tutorial, we will teach you how to wash your silicone or TPE doll’s synthetic wig.
STEP 1 – DETANGLING:
If you are to carry/manipulate your doll, we recommend that you temporarily remove the wig, to prevent excessive tangling.
Before you wash, be sure to carefully detangle the hair using the wide tooth comb provided alongside with your doll.
Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles with the comb, by repeating the movement on tangled areas. Be gentle and do not pull or drag the fiber!
STEP 2 – WASHING:
Fill in a recipient with cold water (do not use hot water, as heat damages synthetic hair fibers)
Mix a capful of shampoo into the water.
Immerse your wig and allow it to soak for a few minutes
STEP 3 – RISING:
Immerse your wig in a fresh bowl of cold wter to remove shampoo
Do NOT squeeze or wring your sex doll’s wig
STEP 4 – CONDITIONING:
You can use hair conditioner for extra softness if you wish.
Apply conditioner directly onto your wig, stroking downwards from roots to the tips of the hair.
Leave it rest on the wig for 4-5 minutes
Rinse by immersing the wig in fresh cold water
STEP 5 – DRYING:
You can use an hair blower if it has a cold air option on it.
Place your doll’s wig between a folded dry towel and pat it dry
Do not squeeze, rub or wring your wig while drying
STEP 6 – STYLING:
You will ideally need some sort of wig stand for greater convenience during this process.
Gently shake the wig to regain its style.
Alternatively, lightly style the wig with the comb or your fingers. Additionally, you can apply hair spray to style her hair
That’s it! Ready!
Your doll is provided with high quality synthetic wigs that can be removed for styling, cleaning, or full replacement with any other wig. You can go for cosplay wigs instead, or for a premium natural wig made out of real hair for an even more realistic effect!
HOW TO BRUSH A WIG
Because hair tangle easily when brushing a long wig, it is best to use a metal brush or comb. First of all start brushing small sections close to the hair tips.
Second, brush out sections of hair about 3 inches from the ends until they are smooth and gradually work your way up the wig towards the “scalp”.
As a result, this will avoid tangling your doll’s wig. Synthetic wigs are easier to maintain than human hair wigs.
HOW TO PUT A WIG ON A SEX DOLL
Inside the wigs there are small clips which allow you to adjust the fit accordingly on the skull.
Make the wig as tight as possible. If you would still like it to be held more securely in place, you can also use standard wig pins. Wig pins are available from any wig shop and pin the wig directly to the skull cap.

HOW TO APPLY A LACE WIG ON A SEX DOLL
STEP 1: TEST THE FIT
Before you apply any adhesives, you need to make sure the wig fits your sex doll head properly. To do so, place the lace wig on the skull and line it up with where you want the hairline to be. If the wig has tightening straps on the inside, adjust them for a proper fit.
STEP 2: TRIM THE LACE
Once the lace wig fits properly, you need to trim the lace. Using sharp scissors, trim the lace along the hairline. You should leave about 1/8 inch (3 mm) of lace. This will only have to be done the first time you install the wig. Some wigs don’t need to be trimmed before application. These wigs have little to no excess lace at the front of the wig.
STEP 3: APPLY ADHESIVE
Remove the wig from the head temporarily. Cut six to ten small pieces of wig tape. Alternatively you can use soft glue instead such as eyelash glue. We sell a lot of items to glue lace wigs here.
Next, line where the hairline should be with the small pieces of tape by pressing the sticky side against your doll’s forehead skin. If you are using glue just apply small dots
STEP 4: APPLY THE WIG
Carefully apply the wig onto your doll. First, adjust the edge of the wig to where the hairline should be. Lastly, press the lace of the wig into your adhesive or wig tape.
Once you press the lace into the adhesive or wig tape, it’s very hard to remove. Be sure that the wig is perfectly aligned before doing so.
