DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TPE BLEND TYPES

JY Doll has recently introduced 3 different TPE blend types, for all JY Dolls models. You can now choose between “Normal TPE”, “Jelly TPE” or “Platinum TPE” on each JY Doll single product pages:

1- NORMAL TPE BLEND TYPE

The normal TPE blend type is a more affordable blend, and is the most affordable of the 3 types. Normal TPE is more oily than Jelly TPE or Platinum TPE, and is more elastic than Platinum TPE.

Normal TPE blend is not to be mistaken with cheap TPE blends that are being sold on scam and copy websites. JY Doll’s entry level TPE blend is still a premium medical grade blend, compliant to high quality standards.

An oily TPE blend simply means that slightly more baby powder will be needed than with platinum TPE. Your doll’s skin should feel like a baby’s butt so if the TPE gets tacky, it’s time to powder her up!

You can choose any of JY Doll’s 5 skin tone options with the normal TPE blend.

2- JELLY TPE BLEND TYPE

Jelly TPE blend type is slightly more expensive than normal TPE, yet cheaper than platinum TPE. It is the most elastic TPE blend of the 3, meaning that has the most natural jiggling effect.

This is the closest to what JY Doll was doing prior to introducing these new TPE blend types.

Please note that only #1 pale skin tone and #2 light caucasian skin tones can be made in Jelly TPE blend.

3- PLATINUM BLEND TYPE

Platinum TPE blend type is the most expensive of the 3 types, and is also the most rigid and the less oily. Platinum is closer in touch feel to silicone, and is less jiggly.

Please note that platinum TPE must sit for a week once your doll has been unmolded, prior to shipping.

Please note that only #1 pale skin tone and #2 light caucasian skin tones can be made in Platinum TPE blend.
