Real Oral Sex (ROS) Compatible

The Real Oral Sex (ROS) upgrade enables your silicone sex doll to have an articulated jaw, which can open and shut. It also features a full cavity mouth replica of the teeth, tongue, and uvula.

With some manufacturers this option can also be robotized, have a heating system, as well as an auto-suction system, to enhance lifelike feeling and realism. For these extra features, the ROS option includes an external device which charges into the doll’s neck.

Apart from a few TPE heads exceptions, the ROS upgrade is mostly only available for sex doll heads made exclusively of silicone material. Although most silicone sex doll brands from 2024 and after all have that option available, not all heads are ROS compatible, only a few. Manufacturers are gradually upgrading some of their silicone heads to be compatible with this option.

The below models are all compatible with the ROS upgrade, you can select this option in the customization form.

NOTE: The Real Oral Sex (ROS) upgrade implies that the head must be made in a softer silicone blend. Implanted hair and eyebrows can also be done on softer blends, but it is not recommended as hair will fall off easily.

Just like the winkable eyes option, the ROS upgrade allows your doll face to have a larger array of facial expressions than sex dolls with the regular mouth cavity.
