Fraud prevention rules allow us to only authorize shipping & deliveries to a verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedEx/DHL Office for your discretion. Please notify us in advance and fill out the separate shipping location as your shipping address when you check out.

The production time for our sex dolls is generally 7-14 business days after your order has been paid for.  Unless the doll has been marked as “In Stock”, your sex doll is a custom product that is created especially for you and production does not begin until your order is placed.

Your doll is delivered in a large unmarked box via DHL or FedEx at our discretion. Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport. Shipping time is generally 7 days, but will vary depending on location, weather conditions, etc.

On rare occasion an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email. We will update your order with a tracking number when your doll ships out from the production factory in China.

Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep discreetly packaged in a blank box. A signature is required for delivery.

We provide free shipping worldwide, on any doll you might purchase. It is however the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that sex dolls are allowed in his country of delivery (See “Authorized Countries” tab above for more information).

Please note that additional fees might apply for remote and logistically difficult to access areas. Before proceeding with your purchase, if you have in the past, experimented difficulties to receive goods to your address from main carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, etc…) Please contact us for a confirmation.

Due to import laws, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Bahrain, Central African Republic, Chad, Cocos (Keeling Islands), Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Gambia, Guinea, Haiti, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Paraguay, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, United Emirates (except Dubai only), Uzbekistan, Western Sahara, Yemen.

Customers from South American countries (except Chile) should contact us before placing an order. It most cases it is necessary for the customers from South America to custom clear their package at reception.

If you receive the wrong item, or your item is defective when it arrives please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item for a resolution of the issue.

Your doll is custom made just for you at our factory with the specific doll options you have chosen.  Because your sex doll is a custom product created just for you, once production of your doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason.

Returns are granted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or you if you have received defective item. In which case we are happy to pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. (standard production and shipping times apply).

WARNING: Sex toy laws dictate that we cannot accept return of a doll that has been used. So please note that as soon as you have sex with the doll, returning her for any reason is no longer possible. A returned doll will undergo oral, vaginal and anal inspection and testing for sexual fluids. If you have returned a doll which tests positive for sexual fluids, the doll will be destroyed and you will NOT receive a refund.

Unfortunately, Items that are damaged through improper use are not eligible for return or refund , regardless of the duration of time the product was used for. Sex dolls are not indestructible. Care and common sense must be exercised during use and handling.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately.

Our dolls are shipped duty paid meaning that no import taxes, VAT or any additional fees will be asked to you. The prices listed on our store are the prices you pay.

Delivery delays are not frequent, however we strongly advise to avoid before or after the following dates:

  • Chinese New Year (From 02/15/2018 to 02/21/2018): This is the same Western Christmas + New year, except that most Chinese forwarders, manufacturers and companies are closed for a week. Any ecommerce orders in general processed between these dates will be very slow.
  • Middle-Autumn Festival (From 09/24/2018 to 09/27/2018): This is another nation wide public holidays, you can expect logistics to be slow within these dates
  • Golden Week (From 10/01/2018 to 10/08/2018): Nation wide public holidays, no companies will work this week.
  • China Black Friday (From 2018/11/08 to 2018/11/12): Just look at Alibaba’s statistics on this day. Expect all Chinese channels to be congested for a week because of the surge in volumes to be exported from China.
